Terms and conditions
Last updated 25 August 2026.
These are the terms you agree to by using this site and by ordering from it. If you do not agree with them, do not order.
Who you are contracting with
Luxury Bedding, trading as Luxury Bedding, operated by Caruso Consulting Co Ltd (Company registration (Thailand) 0765554000332), Suite 14, 18-19 Bennetts Hill, Birmingham B2 5QJ, United Kingdom. Contact: theteam@customersupport.care.
Prices and taxes
All prices are in pounds sterling, and all prices include VAT. The price shown on the product page is the price charged. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you placed it.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods, and until then we may decline it, for example where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was obviously wrong, or where we cannot deliver to the address given. If we decline an order that has been paid for, we refund it in full.
There is no account to create: checkout is guest only, and your order confirmation email is your record of the order.
Product information
We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions accurately. Jacquard weaves respond to ambient lighting, and colours may appear slightly different depending on your monitor and the light in the room; this is a characteristic of photographic reproduction and genuine woven textiles, not a defect. Where we do not publish a figure, the page says so rather than estimating one; if a detail matters to your decision, ask us before you order.
Delivery
We deliver within the UK only. Standard delivery is free on every order. Orders are processed on business days, and orders placed before 12pm (UK time) are typically dispatched the same day, with tracking emailed from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, but goods that do not arrive within a reasonable time are our problem to resolve under UK consumer law. Full detail on the shipping page.
Orders we cannot fill
All orders are subject to availability. We may refuse or cancel an order where a price or description was obviously wrong, where fraud is suspected, or where the product is unavailable, and where that happens any payment taken is refunded in full.
Returns and refunds
Our own returns policy gives you 30 days from delivery on an unused, unwashed set in its original packaging with all three pieces present, with no handling charge; on a change of mind you pay the return postage. Full detail, including what happens when something is faulty or wrong, is on the refunds and returns page.
Shopping listings
Our product listings on Google Shopping and Meta platforms reflect the products we sell, including pricing, availability and descriptions. If you believe any of our listings are inaccurate, contact us at theteam@customersupport.care.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under UK consumer law. Goods must conform to the contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: they must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Where they are not, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you a short-term right to reject within 30 days for a full refund, or a repair or replacement, and then a price reduction or a final right to reject where that does not put it right. Because you buy at a distance, you also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, described in full on the refunds page.
Using this website
Do not upload or transmit anything through this site that contains malicious code, that is defamatory, obscene or discriminatory, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property. The content of this site, including its text, images and layout, belongs to us or to our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Liability
Subject always to the consumer guarantees above, and to the extent the law allows, our liability arising from an order is limited to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of having them resupplied. See the limited liability and indemnity page.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, which does not affect any statutory right you have.
